1. Services

ApexGenius Appliance Services provides residential and commercial appliance diagnosis, repair, and maintenance services in the Dallas, TX area.

2. Service Area

We serve Dallas, East Dallas, Greenville Ave, M Streets, Knox-Henderson, Lakewood, Lower Greenville, Uptown, and surrounding Dallas County communities.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided before work begins. Final pricing will not exceed the agreed estimate without your written approval.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

5. Warranty

We provide a 90-day parts and labor warranty on all repairs. Manufacturer warranties are passed through to the customer.

6. Cancellations

Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a service call fee.

7. Communication Consent

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Dallas County, TX.
